What We Do For Teens?

We inspire teens to dream!

Just for Girls

These programs are designed to empower and inspire girls to realize their dreams and develop strong relationship with other youth leaders and adults. We address the issues that are most important to girls through group interactions and activities that promote self-awareness and empowerment.

Youth Leadership Program

Our co-ed youth leadership program is designed to encourage students to make a difference in their community by fostering respect, independence, mutual understanding, civic engagement among their peers and building strong long-lasting relationships.

Ambassador Program

Camp S.W.A.G. Ambassadorship Program is designed to train youth to become Leaders, Mentors and Coaches in their community. Ambassadors will assist Camp S.W.A.G. in getting a Leadership Program up and running in their community.

Celebrating Women’s History Month

Women's History Month - Let's Celebrate! – Island Thyme Soap Company

Welcome to Camp S.W.A.G. (Students With Ambitions & Goals) or CSWAG. We are an eco-friendly, youth organization dedicated to helping middle and high school students of different cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds develop essential character traits – such as integrity, ambition and discipline – needed to succeed in life.

Our Stewardship Program will students re-engage and re-connect, we provide supportive environment for those students who are experiencing social disconnect due to school closure.

We do this by facilitating comprehensive leadership programs, mentorship programs and by hosting yearly residential leadership camps. In addition, we incorporate S.T.E.M. based educational programs, sports activities, entrepreneurial workshops, financial workshops, leadership training programs, and volunteer activities into all of our programs. Such programs will ensure teenagers are offered well-rounded a curriculum, which helps them develop an appreciation for themselves, their community and the environment, while giving teenagers the opportunity and the means to grow, learn, and succeed.

Members will leave Camp S.W.A.G. remiss of the “I Can’t” attitude and enlightened with the knowledge that anything is possible; the knowledge that they have the ability to surmount any challenge they may face. It is this knowledge, along with the lasting connections they will have made, that will empower our Members to leave with an improved, more confident swagger.
